Les murs de séparations sont en parpaings de 15 cm d’épaisseur enduits au ciment deux faces. Les cloisons de séparations sont en parpaings de 10 cm d’épaisseur enduites au ciment deux faces. Les chaînages et poutres sont en béton armé dosé à 350 Kg/m3.&lt;br /&gt;La charpente métallique en IPE 80 et 100 suivant prescription est posée sur les murs en parpaings avec un entre axe maximum de 1.40 m.&lt;br /&gt;La couverture est en tôle ondulée pré laquée de couleur bleu nuit.&lt;br /&gt;Les menuiseries extérieures sont en aluminium.
